Hey guys! Last post before the move. I was sent a few mini polishes to swatch for Fanchromatic Nails. Stopped packing for a few to get this written so let’s get right to it because I am just so busy!!
Glimmer is a pastel neon purple with various pastel matte glitters and matte white glitters. This was a tad sheer but the third coat should make it even and opaque. This is so pretty. It could work throughout the year as well. Such a flattering color. I used 3 coats for my swatches. Price $5.50 mini $11 full size.
Most Imperial Majesty is a multi chrome polish with holo flakes. It shifts between brown, gold, copper, rust red, and green. Most of the time you will have this gorgeous brown color. The formula on this was fantastic. 2 coats for my swatches. Price $5.50 mini $11 full size.
Princess Bubblegum is a neon pink polish with square white glitters and gold metallic flakes. This is a true neon and will glow under black light. You also don’t need a white base to make it pop! I really love this one. I couldn’t capture the true brightness but I do have a black light glow photo. 2 thicker coats would work but I used 3 thin coats for my swatches. Price $5.50 mini $11 full size.
All of these polishes are available now in Fanchromatic Nails shop along with tons of other stuff. Make sure you stop by and have a look. Especially now with the holidays so close! I hope you have a wonderful week y’all. Be back soon! Links below.
Here we are again! This time I’m bringing you part 2 of the Summer Livin’ Collection. 1 crème and 3 neon glitter crellies! Let’s get to it.
Mini Golf & Margaritas is a neon blue polish. This polish is the best blue I own 💙 I also have this on my toes. Absolutely the perfect crème formula. 2 easy peasy coats. Could have been 1!

Bikinis & Boogie Boards is lighter neon blue glitter crelly with all neon glitters in various sizes and shades of orange, green, yellow, and blue. How unique is this?! This reminds me of an orange or a peach tree on a clear summer day. This polish literally made my mouth water at first. The formula is a little on the thick side. Nothing a few drops of thinner won’t fix if you want it thinner. 2 coats for my swatches

Cotton Candy & Convertibles is a lighter neon pink glitter crelly loaded with all neon glitters in various sizes and shades of pink and purple. If you love neon and you are also a girly-girl, you need to own this. It is so sweet I just wanna eat it. It reminds me of a cotton candy frosting . So good! I used 2 coats for my swatches.

This one is funfetti for sure. Super bright and fun. I love love love this one. Way more than I thought I would actually. This will be on my toes next! Formula was good but a tad sheer. I used 3 thin coats for my swatches.

The Summer Livin’ Collection has 2 parts. These 5 polishes make up part 1. These will be released on May 11th at 7pm EST. Each polish will be $8.50. This 5 piece set will be available together for $40 and you can purchase the entire 9 piece Summer Livin’ Collection for $70. I know I always do, but I suggest getting them all. They are super versatile and work so well together. Links below for your shopping pleasure!
Hey! How are you all enjoying the weather? It’s still 8o degrees here in CT at 6:10 pm! That’s pretty warm for this area. I haven’t really felt it though to be honest. I have been inside all day getting ready for my vacation. I am going to be on the beach for a week in NJ! You already know I will be rocking the neons ❤ Moonflower Polish has a neon collection for summer and it is fantastic! These are a little on the thicker side, but totally workable. They all have gorgeous shimmers and stamp! Even over black! The theme of this collection is Summer Break and was mostly named by Nadia’s 10 year old daughter based on things that remind her of summer ❤ Let’s have a look at the polishes, then I will have some shop info for Moonflower Polish.
Sprinkles is a neon magenta pink polish with shimmer. I used 2 coats with top coat for my swatch. Great formula!
Popsicle is a red/orange/coral neon polish. My swatch shows 2 coats with top coat.
This one is Summer Sunset. A neon orange shimmer polish. 2 coats with top coat.
Lemonade is neon yellow with a slight touch of green. Also with shimmer. 2 coats with top coat.
Here is a favorite 🙂 Electric Slime is a neon green shimmer polish. My swatch shows 2 coats with top coat.
Dip In The Pool is next. This one is a turquoise leaning teal with shimmer. Again, I used 2 coats with top coat.
Another favorite from this collection is Sparkling Waters. Such an awesome neon blue shimmer polish. 2 coats with top coat.
Lastly, but most certainly not least, is Pool Floaty. A neon purple shimmer polish. 2 coats with top coat.
Thoughts: Lemonade, Popsicle, and Summer Sunset were the thickest of all. I did not add any thinner or anything, just an observation. It is common for these types of colors so no biggie 🙂 The rest are immaculate. Formula is great for neon polish. They do dry matte but the top coat really shows off the shimmer!
Now for the details. These polishes will be $9 for individual 15ml full size or $65 for the 8 piece set. $6 for individual 7ml mini size or $45 for the set. These are available now!
Notes from Nadia: Summer Clearance and Prototype Sale – starting July 4th and ending Jully 11. Use code JULY to save 20% on stamping polishes, the discount does not apply to the Neons or any Limited Editions or Small Batch Releases. I will also have prototypes for sale as I have way to many lying around. Price tdb and will be announced soon.
I will also be bringing back my May PPU polish, I Just Can’t Wait as a pre-order for that week only. As a special promotion, it will ship for free if that is the only polish purchased to make up for the fact that it’s coming from me and not from PPU HQ. I will combine orders/hold and refund shipping for anyone who wishes to place an order for the neons or the custom and wants to wait to grab something during the sale.
Make sure you grab these babies fast so you have the most neon-y nails all summer!! Links below. Have a great night loves ❤
EEEEEEEKKKK!!! It’s neon season 🙂 I am so flippin’ excited to bring you these babies. I was so happy to see that none of these have holo! Just some shimmer and flakies. I love my holo polishes but the mix of holo and neon is a bit over done in the indie market. Of course, that is just my opinion. So, we have this set of super bright polishes… Shall we dive in? Thought so 🙂
First let me start with this disclaimer. Neons don’t always play nice with the camera. I did my best to get my pictures color accurate as far as the polish is concerned. My skin, however, may look a little… off.
Let’s start with Hack The Planet since I already shared the swatch video on IG. Hack The Planet is a bright, not quite neon, grass green. She is filled with micro iridescent flakes and glitters and a soft shimmer. This one has a good creamy formula and was opaque in 2 easy coats. I used a glossy top coat and Ash’s new matte top coat called Come Matte Me.

Let’s check out Lag. This one is a neon pink crelly polish with glass flecks and iridescent flakes. I love the color of Lag. So bold and Barbie-ish! The first coat on this one was a tad streaky. It totally leveled out with the second and third coats. I used 3 coats for this one with glossy top coat and Come Matte Me.

Perma Death is next and OMG is it gorgeous. Such a perfect neon blue. This one is filled with blue and pink flakies and a subtle shimmer. Great formula on this one. Nice and creamy. Perfect in 2 coats. Again, I used a glossy top coat and Come Matte Me.

Last is So Meta. She is a neon grape purple. So Meta has the same gorgeous pink and blue flakes as Perma Death. The subtle shimmer in this one is pink! LOVE!! Please don’t mind the skin. I had to warm these up quite a bit for them not to look blue!! I used 2 coats with glossy top coat and Come Matte Me. The bottle shots are more color accurate.

I am so happy with this collection. Neon is my favorite color and I am an 80’s baby. I feel like this set totally captured that. Come Matte Me is included in this collection. This is more of a waxy matte, not a no-shine matte. The finish complements each color beautifully!! The You Matte, Bro? collection will be available on Thursday, June 1st. Don’t miss out on the flakie goodness of these!! As always links below 🙂 Hope you have a wonderful day!!
**At this moment I am taking a moment of silence for the reason of the holiday, Memorial day. I have a sister in the services so I understand that today is more than picnics and celebration to some. Thank you to all the men and women, past and present, for your services ❤
Good morning! It’s Monday and I bring you a very mood accurate post today. A little bit of brightness, but mostly junk. My husband and I stopped at Sally’s yesterday because I needed some Yellow Stopper and I had a 20% off coupon. Naturally, I started looking at everything there. It was a good thing I did because I FINALLY found a cotton ball grabber!! So, I grabbed a few things then head towards the counter to check out. My husband pointed out some mini polishes and said, “hey look, these are only $1.50”. They were mostly pretty boring. I did manage to grab 2 that looked indie-ish and decided I needed them. Because polish lol 🙂 So we pay and go home. I get right to work putting swatches in my swatch book. I decided to stay up past my bed time to get these babies swatched. Ya, let’s see how that went…
Dilly Dally/Sweetie Pie
I have never heard of Bitzy before so I went in with an open mind. Dilly Dally is the first polish I decided to swatch. Mostly because it is super neon. First coat was a little streaky. That wasn’t an issue for me since a lot of neons have picky formulas. It also dried matte. Again, totally common with neons. Second coat was much better. Still not satisfied. Third coat. Not too shabby! It looked good enough but I could not leave it matte. It was so chunky. Didn’t level much at all as far as glitter goes. I ended up using 3 coats of top coat just to get it smooth. I really love the color of this one but it is NOT worth it. Here is 3 coats of Dilly Dally with 3 coats of top coat…
The next one is called Sweetie Pie. This one is a peachy yellow crelly polish with neon hex glitters in pink, orange, green, and yellow. It is so pretty in the bottle. Very springy! Let’s get right to the point. Don’t ever get this polish! The glitter was in clumps and the formula was sooooo streaky. I used 3 coats but could have used a 4th to even coverage. If I had used a 4th coat, 1) I would be mad and 2) I would have mounds of glitter. No bueno. Seriously, I know you may want to try it because its cheap and pretty… DON’T!! This polish also needed 3 coats of top coat to be kind of smooth. Ugh, just awful 😦
Since I did enjoy Dilly Dally enough, I did some nail art using the original Clear Nail Vinyls from Polished Vino, and some gems my mom got me. Chrissy has an awesome shop, awesome designs, awesome products, and amazing customer service! Make sure you check the links below to see what she has ❤
I hope I have saved you from making this small polish mistake. I wouldn’t even feel right giving these away. I really do love the nail art I did though with the Clear Nail Vinyls. Have you tried this brand? Maybe a creme formula would be better? Let me know in the comments! Have a mostly happy Monday 🙂
Sooooo…… This is gonna be very very picture heavy. There are 5 polishes and I have 8 pics per color. That being said, It is a mix of nail art, black light shots, and regular swatch shots. Oh, Hi!! I forgot that part LOL! As I was saying this is gonna be full of pics so I will keep the chat to a minimum. We have 5 colors to look at tonight fromBOiiCosmetics. They all have the same great formula especially for neons. The only difference in polish are the amount of coats and the color shifting shimmer. Since we got formula covered, I will just put the name of the polish, how many coats, and the colors of the shimmer shift! All art info will be in the photo captions. Let’s get started 🙂
I’m Blinging In Neon ~ 2 coats over 1 coat of white polish with top coat. The shimmer shifts from yellow to gold to green.

Now I am sure you’re asking, were all those pics necessary? YES! Just to see they ways they can look in black light and with art. And maybe after all those pics you may need to have them! If that’s the case the links are below! The polishes are greatly priced, there are sooooooooo many color/finish options, and for me the best part is the amount of good they do with their earnings. Definitely glad to support this indie brand. Let me know what you think and which ones you have to have 🙂 Til next time!! 🙂
Happy 4th of July y’all!! I am not southern, I just really feel that y’all fits there so well lol! Anyways, A few weeks ago I won another giveaway!! This one was hosted by my favorite top coat maker, Jill fromGlisten & Glow! Hands down the best top coat out there. Since this was a summer giveaway it of course included neon polish! Click here for the giveaway pic and all info on what I won!! Me being me, I got to polishing right away! I have done way more manis with these DIFFERENTdimension colors than I have pics for but I still have plenty! Cant get enough of these neon holo cremes. Let’s do these in rainbow order shall we?! First up, Ditz 2.0. The names are the best lol. Ditz 2.0 is a neon pink crème with a scattered holo effect, and slight flashes of micro blue flakies to it. For this swatch I used 2 thin coats with and without top coat so you could see the semi-matte finish. This polish was a little on the thicker side so if you are really light handed (I am not) you could probably get away with one careful coat. LOVE!!

Next is Tubular 2.0. Tubular 2.0 is an eye searing neon orange with scattered holo and tons of golden micro flakies. Just gorgeous. My swatch is 2 coats with and with out top coat to show off the semi-matte finish.
with top coat
macro with top coat
Totally 2.0 (yes they are all 2.0 lol) is a neon yellow with greenish undertones. It has scattered holo and golden micro flakies. This color, like most yellows required an extra coat and a little finesse. 3 coats covered perfectly for me. With and with out topcoat for your viewing pleasure!

My favorite from this collection is definitely Gnarly 2.0! It is the perfect shade of neon green. Like neon clover! It has scattered holo and blue micro flakies! Totally drool worthy! 2 perfect coats with and without top coat.

Homeboy 2.0 is also an amzing shade! Neon blue with matching blue micro flakies and scattered holo! This was a one coater, just not for me lol! I used 2 thin coats with and without topcoat.
I don’t know why the lighting was so off for this macro but it was the best one I got lol!

Last we have Whatever 2.0. This is a red toned purple with scattered holo and micro blue flakies. Purples don’t play nice with cameras sometimes so please trust me when I tell you it is not so blue-ish! I used 2 thin coats with and without topcoat! This is my second favorite… I think.

Here are a few things I did using these colors!!
I would say that I love this collection but I just don’t think that quite cuts it! Any neon and holo lovers, like myself, need this collection in their lives. With all the micro flakies added to the holo cremes it makes it different than your everyday neons. Make sure you are following Missi, The genius behind DIFFERENTdimensions, on all of her social media and definitely check out her shop! Links below 🙂
Hello! I would like to start sharing more posts so I figured NOTD posts are a pretty good place to start. Short and sweet 🙂 For my first NOTD post I have some neon, holo, and glitter! The turquoise linear holo polish is Swerve from Liquid Sky Lacquer. Super smooth and opaque. 2 thin coats with a coat ofSally Hansen Color Frenzy textured glitter polish in Green Machine. The neon green polish is Grass Is Lime Greener fromChina Glaze. This polish takes 3 coats. Not the best formula I used regular scotch tape to make the triangle shape. Before I removed the tape, I stamped a random line design using Pueen stamping plate pueen05. I then added a silver square stud. Topped it all with what else butGlisten & Glow’s HK Girl fast drying & super shiny top coat! Hope you enjoy my NOTD!!
Please excuse the hair! 3 furbabies does that lol!
Hello friends 🙂 Lately I feel like I just cant get enough neon! Neons will always be my favorite; but lately I haven’t really even looked at anything but my neons. I decided I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you! This will be picture heavy because I did different lighting and finishes. Let’s get right to it! The first polish is Polish Addict Nail ColorCandy Pop. This is the crelly version that I just won in a Random Act of Kindness giveaway! This polish is perfectly me. Literally Jenn in a bottle. for this swatch i used 3 thin and flawless coats plus topcoat. I cannot believe that I found a glitter packed polish that I really like!! Really, this is not neon. but it is bright and new so I wanted to share 🙂
Next one is a prototype polish from Drip Drop Nail Paint. It is number 1008. This is another amazing crelly and it does have neon glitter in it. Again for my swatch I used three thin coats and top coat. I also have a few more of Jessica’s prototypes. She makes great polish so go check her out! And the label is one of the cutest thing I have seen from any indie polish!
Next up is Cameo Colours LacquersHex-Sea And I Know It. This is such a gorgeous polish with so much depth! Its a bold blue jelly polish filled with, duh, hexes!!! Awesome neon ones 🙂 This one I matted for a few pics so you could see the layers of glitter better. Most definitely a must have!!
BLACKLIGHT GLOW SHOT!!!
The last one I want to show you is Honey Bunny LacquerA Little Bitter. I had the hardest time finding a polish in my collection that would show off this glitter topper best. I ended up using a dark grey and an off white. i actually really loved the results of both. There are a ton of fun macros for this because everywhere I looked there were different glitters! Triangles, hearts and even the tiniest micro glitters. If you enjoy bright glitter in tons of shapes and sizes this is for you!! Take a look.
Hello fellow polish lovers!! Feels like forever since i have blogged. Just haven’t had the motivation i guess! I also havent had much to blog about!! But that will change very soon. I have a brush review and a cuticle oil review coming up!! I recently found out that the store 5 Below has polishes based off of the movie Frozen. Now, if any of you have kids(especially girls) you know just how huge this movie is!! So when my husband said he was going right by the store i asked if he could pick up a set for each of the girls. They are put away for now as presents and i have t gotten my own set to review yet but im sure they will be coming lol. Anyways, my husband also came back with this amazing polish! It is from the brand Fresh Paint and it is called Guava. What an awesome neon!! I used it for 3 manicures in a row and didnt even realize it because i love it that much!! Its formula is just amazing for a neon polish. I had no streaking and a very smooth finish after 2 coats. It does NOT dry completely matte. More of a waxy finish. For these pictures i am using top coat. I also compared it to the ever so popular China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy. It was a little more orange toned than FFF but really close. FFF has a very picky formula though that i would rather not deal with. I used 3 normal coats on my middle finger in the last few pics. Also using top coat. Check it out and leave a comment!! I would love to know what you think!! Guava alone.
Guava and CG FFF
Overall, i would say that for the price and formula the fresh paint polish is way better!! Hurry and go get yours!!
