Hello! I hope you are ready for PPU. Shop opens in just about 13 hours til we are there. Hopefully you already have this piece on your wish list. If not, I hope I can change your mind!
This month for guilty pleasures, Brittany of R&P Jewelry brings you her guilty pleasure which is ice cream (with the magic shell)! Her take on ice cream is the beaded sterling silver midi ring. The beaded part represents the scoops of ice cream!
Made from beaded sterling silver wire, this fun midi ring will be offered in a size 3. Because of its handmade nature, each ring may look a little bit different
This ring will be $10 and have a cap of 150.
I hope you are on your way to add this to your wish list. Hopefully I have managed to sway your decision to buying this ring. It’s cute, stylish, and would make such a great gift as well. I hope you all have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by ❤
Hey y’all! How was your weekend so far? Mine has been full of vacation planning!! My husband and I are renewing our vows on our 10 year anniversary at a resort if all goes to plan! SO. FREAKING. EXCITED!! So my weekend has been great lol. Let me bring you something pretty to get you through the rest of this beautiful Sunday. Jill from Glisten & Glow is bringing us the goods as usual. Let’s have a looksie.
Purple Rose is a vibrant purple mega linear holographic polish with an intense rainbow and blue flame. Here is Jill’s inspiration: “Purple roses have been a long standing guilty pleasure in my family for many years. My grandmother would buy herself one purple rose every month just to brighten her day! Her favorite color was purple and she just loved how unique and special they were. When she passed in May of 2006, we adorned her coffin with them. Yearly on the anniversary of her death all of the women in my family get a purple rose in her honor on that day.” That is just so sweet ❤
Purple Rose can be worn 2 ways which makes this polish just as unique. You can wear it as is without top coat and get that gorgeous purple look. Or you can add top coat and it will transform into a violet blue almost indigo. The holo flame is still just as strong in the sun as well! So fantastic worn either way!!
Purple Rose will be $12.50 per bottle with no cap.
G&G is also offering up Glitter Grabber for IPU! If you haven’t heard of or tried GG yet here is your chance. Glitter Grabber is an amazing product that gets applied after any glitter or flakie dense manicure is done and it’s fully dry before you top coat. It aids in creating a smoother surface for your top coat or matte top coat all while “grabbing” that extra texture!
Directions: After you have applied your glitter or flakie polish and have fully let it dry, you add a nice layer of G&G‘s Glitter Grabber on top. It is a shiny formula upon application and will add that extra layer of protection and smoothing action to that texture. Allow to fully dry then add your glossy or matte top coat! It works at grabbing that extra texture that glitters or flakies can have!
Glitter Grabber will be $8 per bottle and there will be no cap!
PPU/IPU will be open May 7th at 11am EST – May 10th at 11:59pm EST. Set your alarms and mark your calendars! Make sure you add these two products to your wish list. I hope you all have a fabulous week! Thanks for stopping by ❤
Hey friends! How has your week been? I hope it was all good. I can even add to the good with this new POTM from Glisten & Glow. It’s just breathtaking. Let’s check it out.
Polish Of The Month May 2021 is a bold royal blue holo micro glitter polish with added linear holo. Just wow. I have very little words. Jill said this was a full coverage glitter but I wasn’t expecting an almost 1 coater!! Formula for such a dense glitter is freaking phenomenal. I used 2 coats plus Glitter Grabber and top coat for my swatches.
So what do you think? I hope you love it as much as I do. This is close to my birthstone as well so I really love it. Polish Of The Month May 2021 releases today, April 9th at 7pm EST. Make sure when you grab it you also grab a bottle of Glitter Grabber. You’ll need it for this polish and it’s such a good product to have if you like glitter. This polish will be $12 per bottle. Glitter Grabber is $7.50 per bottle. I hope you have your shopping fingers ready! See you at 7! Have a great weekend y’all ❤
Hello! How have we all been? I just started school so I have been a little busy. Today I have for you Jill’s POTM for April. I have been loving this series. Let’s check it out.
Polish Of The Month April 2021 is a brilliant silver linear holo with bursts of pink/purple/green color shifting shimmer. This polish is so blingy! It’s like platinum on the nails. The shift is very apparent and just gorgeous. Formula was wonderful as always. 3 thin coats for my swatches.
POTM April 2021 will be available on April 9th at 7pm EST. Each bottle will be $12. Will you be picking this up? You definitely will not regret it. Set your clocks. Stay tuned for Mays POTM as well!! Have a great day y’all ❤
Hey y’all! Today I bring you a quick post. Glisten & Glow’s Spring ’21 Cuticle Oils are just perfect to go along with the Virtual Spring Break Collection (reviewed HERE). Each scent is just amazing. Let’s check them out!
Lemon Chiffon is a tart and zesty lemon scent with a twist of creamy vanilla lemon pie. I could not have described this any better. That is the exact smell you can expect. Lemon meringue to the max!! This is my favorite of all 6!
Pomegranate Punch is a fresh and light scent of sweet tart and pomegranate. I have never smelled a real pomegranate but with this scent I even feel like I can smell the skin of the fruit. Just fantastic.
Waterfall Mist is the end of a rain shower beneath a waterfall, and the air is left with a clean aquatic aroma. Ya, that made me deep inhale too lol. Sounds amazing and smells just as relaxing. I can almost feel the mist around me as I sniff.
Summer Lovin’ is summer fantasies mixed with sweet tropical flowers. Very tropical. There are scents of fruit in the background as well. This will be perfect when you lounging in the sun or at the beach! So yummy!
Cherry Delight is a sweet cherry scent with a touch of cinnamon. I feel like I just opened a can of maraschino cherries and I’m about to make a sundae. This cherry scent is spot on cherry. I don’t so much smell the cinnamon but it is there in a warmth sensation. It’s really neat! Just a warm cherry deliciousness.
Orange Dreamcicle has bright notes of orange with a citrus twist blended with vanilla and coconut. To me this smells like an Orange Julius. Am I aging myself here?! An Orange Julius was pretty much an orange creamcicle that was a drink instead of an ice cream. It was a fresher orange scent and taste though and that is what I smell here. Fresh sliced orange with some fresh whipped cream. So. Freaking. Delicious!!
Well that’s the collection! How do you feel about them. I love them all. I keep all of them next to me and I randomly pick which one to use each time. Always a welcome surprise. Each cuticle oil pen will be $6.99 and they will be releasing on March 26th at 7pm EST. Which scent will you be picking up? Let me know in the comments! Have a great day ❤
Hello! How are you all enjoying this fine weather? I’m KIDDING!! It’s been so cold and windy here in CT. Next week should feel more like spring is coming. I can give you a little relief from the weather with this spring collection. “Since we aren’t able to travel due to Covid19, Glisten & Glow is taking you on a virtual spring break with this beautiful 5 piece creme collection.” Let’s get right into it.
Passports & Partying is a peachy coral creme polish. As with ALL of Jill’s cremes, the formula is perfection. Smooth, self leveling, and they dry with a nice shine. I used 2 buttery coats for my swatches.
Lounging & Laughing is a medium orchid creme polish. This one is amazing. Super pigmented. Drool worthy formula and totally opaque in only 1 coat! I actually only used 1 coat for my swatches!
Sailing & Sightseeing is a misty teal creme polish. For this one the most color accurate shots are the bottle shots. My pictures pulled a little too much to the blue side. Well, we all know I’m a super sucker for a color like this! Definitely 1 of my 2 favorites from this collection. I used 2 coats for my swatches but this could be a 1 coater if you polished carefully.
Beaches & Bikinis is a light violet creme polish. This one is almost neon. This is my other favorite. This is a color that can get you through most of the year. As usual the formula was awesome. I used 2 coats for my swatches.
Sandals & Sunsets is a medium grey creme polish with strong purple undertones. Y’all, how freaking gorgeous is this color?! It definitely leans purple like whoa. Fantastic formula. I used 2 coats for my swatches.
I also want to show you that they watermarble and stamp. I did a swirl design for the watermarble which is difficult to do unless you have good quality polish. I also stamped over a black to white gradient so you could see each color over white and black at the same time. Stamped from thumb to pinky are Sandals & Sunsets, Beaches & Bikinis, Sailing & Sightseeing, Lounging & Laughing, and Passports & Partying. Check ’em out!
How do you like the Virtual Spring Break Collection? I was in love the moment I saw a spoiler in G&G‘s Facebook group. Just a quick note: All products are Glisten & Glow. Top coat, matte top coat, glitter grabber, all polishes, and ridge filling base coat. If you haven’t noticed, I keep stock of multiple G&G products. Jill is my go to for absolutely everything that it takes to make a mani perfect and lasting. Not a sponsored plug lol. I buy most of this stuff myself. I just highly recommend it. Anyways, The Virtual Spring Break Collection will be available on March 26th at 7pm EST. They will be $10 each bottle. Make sure you don’t miss these. They are fabulous and multi functional. Totally worth every penny. Stay tuned for the other part of the spring release! Have a great day ❤
Hey!! I am back with some new pretties 🙂 Nadia of Moonflower Polish has a trio coming this Friday March 12th! The My Old San Juan collection is not for stamping. These are polishes for regular wear. They also are not permanent so make sure you grab these while you can! Shall we?
Frenta al Mar is a light neon blue with red/green/gold aurora pigment and scattered holo. Y’all! I could wear this ever single day! I love the shade of blue and the shimmer is just so good! The formula was also perfection. Just a freaking awesome polish. I used 3 thin coats for my swatches.
Boriquen Querida is a dark neon purple with pink/purple/gold shifting shimmer. The shift in this polish was impossible for me to catch but it’s really prevalent in person! This one looks like velvet. I love purple polishes and this is no exception! I used 3 thin coats for my swatches.
En Mi Viejo San Juan is a neon coral jelly polish with a slight red/orange/gold shimmer shift and indigo/purple/orange shifting micro flakes. I have already worn this more than once. It makes me long for summer. As with the first two polishes, the formula on this is great! I used 3 thin coats for my swatches.
What do you think of this trio? Each bottle will be only $9!! They will be available this Friday March 12th. The stock will be on the low side then it will switch to a pre-order. I highly suggest you grab these up as soon as you can! Even though My Old San Juan is a spring collection you can totally rock these straight into summer. Thank you so much for stopping by today! Have a great day y’all ❤
Hello! Are you ready for the upcoming PPU? This months theme is Birds, Butterflies, and Bees. Nvr Enuff has made a gorgeous polish for the occasion. Let’s have a look.
Mourning Cloak is a vampy blackened cherry with a sharp pink/red shift. There is also a slight gold chrome effect on the edges in low light. This polish is fantastic. Totally a 1 coater. I used 2 because that’s just what I do. Mourning Cloak was inspired by the mourning cloak butterfly and the deep beautiful shades in it’s wings. The polish matches so perfectly. Nice smooth formula that doesn’t leave stroke marks. Just wonderful. Like I said, I used 2 coats for my swatches.
Mourning Cloak will be available on the Polish Pickup website from March 5th – 8th at 8am PST. It will be $12 and there will be no cap in the US. There will be a cap of 20 for the UK. Make sure you go wish list MC now! Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great day everyone ❤
Hey y’all! Today I have for you a monthly polish. Nvr Enuff Polish brings you Mary’s Monthly Mary’s Nightmare Moon. This one is jaw dropping. Let’s have a look.
Mary’s Nightmare Moon is a deep blurple jelly packed full of pink and blue glitter with a blue micro sparkle. MNM is inspired by Princess Luna, the keeper of night, from My Little Pony. I did not expect this polish to glow the way it does. In any light you can see the blue micro sparkle. So. Freaking. Gorgeous!! I can’t gush enough about this one. The jelly formula went on nice and smooth and was totally even. Even with all the glitter. I only needed a single coat of top coat for my swatches because the glitter stayed embedded in the jelly and didn’t leave much texture at all. Such a well done polish. 2 coats for my swatches.
Do you need it? I think you need it! Its available now for $11. Run, don’t walk, and grab your bottle. I hope you enjoyed Mary’s Nightmare Moon as much as I do. Thanks so much for stopping by 🙂 Have a great day ❤
Omg guys!! I have the most beautiful collection to show you today. Nvr Enuff Polish has brought us the Unicorn Creme Holo collection that’s fit for… well, a unicorn!! 7 pigmented cremes that are just breathtaking. Let’s get started since this will be a long one.
Unicorn Moon is a greyed over white holo creme polish. Let me tell you now. All of these polishes have a flawless formula. Perfect in 2 coats every time!! They all also dry very shiny on their own. I love this one. This isn’t grey at all, just a tad tinted. This shade would be great any time of year. I used 2 coats.
Unicorn Clouds is a pastel blurple holo creme polish. This leans a tad more purple than my pics show. The bottle shots are an accurate representation of the color. Perfect polish all the way around. I appreciate that these dry so shiny and that they dry decently quickly. I used 2 coats for my swatches.
Unicorn Daydream is a light sunset pink holo. This one leans a little orchid to me. Supper pretty on and I think a color that would flatter any skin tone. 2 coats for my swatches.
Unicorn Water is a beautiful bright mint holo creme polish. I would be willing to say 1/5 of my 1600 bottle collection is in the mint family. I love love love this polish. Smooth as butter. 2 coats for my swatches.
Unicorn Rainstorm is a deep teal holo creme polish. What a gorgeous color. I can’t wait to wear this one again. Perfect as per the norm. 2 coats for my swatches.
Unicorn Bouquet is bright rose pink holo creme polish. This leans a tad purple on me. Definitely makes me think of flowers! An absolute dream to work with. 2 coats for my swatches.
Unicorn Legend is a bright violet holo creme polish. This is the perfect grapey colored polish. I really enjoyed this one. This was just as perfect as the rest. 2 coats for my swatches.
Aren’t they just fabulous?!?! The perfect creme formula with added holo. Does it really get any better than that? These will be perfect bases for any nail art. I can’t wait to revisit these! The entire 7 piece Unicorn Creme Holo collection will be $70 or $11 individually plus shipping. They release Saturday February 27th at 11am PST. I promise you won’t want to miss these polishes. If you wish to know anything I used in my manis feel free to ask in the comments 🙂 Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day ❤
