Hey! How’s it going? I am not ok with the fact that June is tomorrow. This year has flown by so far for me. Either way that means that PPU is right around the corner. Jill brings you some fun for the Fairs & Carnivals theme. Let’s check it out.
Carnival Lights & Summer Nights is a blue jelly polish loaded with green/blue/gold iridescent flakes, blue/purple/pink iridescent flakes, and various sizes of neon pink glitters. Jill’s inspiration comes from the breathtaking blue summer night sky at the carnival, as the ferris wheel circles, flashes, and glows those neon light bulbs! I can feel this description. Especially since Jill and I live in the same state. This polish is super fun. Always something to look at. Formula is great for being so flakie packed. I used 3 thin coats with Glisten & Glow’s Glitter Grabber, Top Coat, and Matte Top Coat.

I used it here over some stamping and a gradient. My wonky stamp was my user error. But you can clearly see there was no smearing or smudging.
