Cosmic Ray is a “purple to deep gray thermal with purple multichrome flakes that transitions to a sparking silver when warm and glows an aqua blue in the dark.” Holy wow yes it does! Formula was immaculate. 3 thin coats plus top coat for my swatch. This polish is $14.00 USD and there are 250 bottles available. Seriously, a must have ❤
